Whiteboard AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to transform text notes into visual whiteboard diagrams. The service includes:

• AI-powered diagram generation
• Multiple aspect ratio options
• Image saving and sharing capabilities
• Subscription-based access to enhanced features

2. Account and Subscription

2.1 Free Tier

• 5 diagram generations per month
• Access to all aspect ratios
• No credit card required

2.2 Subscription Plans

• Weekly Pro ($5.99/week): 10 images per week
• Monthly Pro ($19.99/month): 100 images per month
• Lifetime ($149.99): 20 images per month forever

2.3 Billing and Cancellation

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• Cancel anytime through your iPhone Settings → Subscriptions
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Unused generations do not roll over to the next period
• Lifetime purchases are one-time and non-refundable

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 You May

• Use generated diagrams for personal, educational, or commercial purposes
• Save and share your generated images
• Use the service in accordance with applicable laws

3.2 You May NOT

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Generate content that is hateful, abusive, or discriminatory
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the service
• Generate excessive requests to abuse the system
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a service

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

• You retain all rights to the text you input
• Generated diagrams are yours to use, modify, and distribute
• We do not claim ownership of your input or output

4.2 Our Content

• The Whiteboard AI app, logo, and branding are our property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the application
• AI models and algorithms are proprietary

5. Disclaimers and Limitations

5.1 Service Availability

• We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features

5.2 AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated diagrams may not always be perfect or accurate
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content
• We do not guarantee specific quality or accuracy of outputs

5.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

6. Data and Privacy

• Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy
• We process your text inputs temporarily to generate diagrams
• We do not store your input text permanently
• Generated images are only saved if you choose to save them locally

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we do:

• Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• You should review these terms periodically

8. Termination

8.1 By You

• You may stop using the service at any time
• Cancel subscriptions through iPhone Settings
• Request account deletion via email

8.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• Required by law
• Service is discontinued

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in Turkish courts.
