Outfit Photo Maker is an AI-powered mobile application that transforms outfit photos into professional flat lay compositions using advanced machine learning technology.

3. Credit System and Purchases

3.1 Credit Packages

The App operates on a credit-based system:

• Mini Pack: 3 credits for $3.99
• Starter Pack: 5 credits for $5.99
• Popular Pack: 15 credits for $12.99
• Creator Pack: 30 credits for $21.99
• Pro Pack: 50 credits for $31.99

3.2 Credit Usage

Each AI outfit generation consumes 1 credit. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire.

3.3 Payments

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store. Refund policies are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Upload photos of other people without their consent

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By using the App, you grant us a temporary license to process your photos solely for generating AI results.

5.2 Generated Content

AI-generated images are provided for your personal use. You may use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes including social media posting.

5.3 App Content

The App, its design, features, and underlying technology are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted service
• Perfect AI results for every photo
• Compatibility with all devices

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that caused the issue, not to exceed $100.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of significant changes through the App.

10. Governing Law
