By downloading, installing, or using Elephant AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Elephant AI is an educational application that helps users solve homework questions by analyzing photos and providing step-by-step solutions. The solutions are displayed directly on the user's original photo.
User Eligibility
The App is intended for users of all ages for educational purposes. Users under 18 should use the App under parental guidance. By using this App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Elephant AI only for lawful and educational purposes. You shall not:
- Use the App for cheating on exams or assessments where such use is prohibited
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the App
- Use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service
- Share your subscription with others or use the service commercially without permission
Educational Purpose
Elephant AI is designed as a learning tool to help students understand problem-solving methods. We encourage users to:
- Use solutions as learning guides, not just answers
- Study the step-by-step explanations to understand concepts
- Practice similar problems independently after learning
Subscription and Payments
Some features require a premium subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Elephant AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- 100% accuracy of all solutions
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That the App will meet all your specific requirements
Users should verify important solutions independently, especially for graded assignments.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elephant AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to academic consequences from relying on solutions provided.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
