How does Elephant AI work?
Simply take a photo of your homework question, and our AI will analyze it and write the solution directly on your paper. The answer appears in the blank space of your original photo.
What subjects are supported?
Elephant AI supports Mathematics (algebra, geometry, calculus, etc.), Physics, Chemistry, and more. We're constantly expanding our subject coverage.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your iPhone Settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Elephant AI → Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Why isn't the solution appearing correctly?
For best results, make sure your photo is clear and well-lit. The question should be fully visible, and there should be enough blank space on the paper for the solution to be written.
Is my data safe?
Yes! We take privacy seriously. Your photos are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers. Please read our

Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled through Apple. You can request a refund by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com and selecting the purchase you want to refund.
How do I restore my purchases?
If you've previously subscribed and need to restore your purchase (for example, on a new device), go to the subscription screen in the app and tap "Restore Purchases".
The app isn't working properly. What should I do?
Try these steps: 1) Close and reopen the app, 2) Check your internet connection, 3) Update to the latest version from the App Store, 4) Restart your device. If the problem persists, contact us at support@elephantai.app.
