How do I enable daily notifications?

To receive daily reminders:

1. Open the Bible Affirmations app
2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
3. Enable "Daily Reminders"
4. Choose your preferred notification time

If notifications aren't working, check your iOS Settings → Notifications → Bible Affirmations and ensure notifications are enabled.

How does the daily streak work?

Your streak increases each day you open the app and view the daily affirmation. If you miss a day, your streak resets to zero. Premium users can freeze their streak once per month!

How do I save my favorite affirmations?

Tap the heart icon (♡) on any affirmation card to add it to your favorites. Access your saved favorites from the "My Favorites" section on the home screen.

What's included in the Premium version?

Premium features include:

• Streak freeze (once per month)

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

1. Open iOS Settings
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select "Bible Affirmations"
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Note: Canceling will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Can I request a refund?

All purchases are processed through Apple. To request a refund:

1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Find your Bible Affirmations purchase
4. Select "Request a Refund"

You can also contact Apple Support directly for refund assistance.

The app isn't loading. What should I do?

Try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check your internet connection
2. Force close the app and reopen it
3. Restart your device
4. Update to the latest version from the App Store
5. If issues persist, contact us at support@bibleaffirmations.app

Which Bible translation do you use?

We primarily use several popular Bible translations including NIV, ESV, and NLT to create our affirmations. Each affirmation is rooted in Scripture and references the specific verse for your own study.
