By accessing and using Bible Affirmations ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Bible Affirmations provides:

• Daily Scripture-based affirmations
• Categorized Bible verses for spiritual growth
• Daily streak tracking for habit building
• Favorite verses collection
• Daily reminder notifications (optional)
• Premium features (available through in-app purchase)

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code
• Not redistribute or resell any content from the App
• Respect the spiritual nature of the content
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to:

• Biblical affirmations and translations
• Images and artwork
• App design and user interface
• Code and functionality

is owned by Bible Affirmations or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Subscription Terms:

• Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not have direct control over refunds. To request a refund:

7. Content Disclaimer

Bible Affirmations provides spiritual content for personal growth and inspiration. We strive for accuracy in our Biblical references, however:

• The App is not a substitute for professional religious guidance or counseling
• We use various Bible translations; interpretations may vary
• Content is for inspirational purposes and personal spiritual growth
• We recommend consulting with religious leaders for theological questions

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for any spiritual or religious decisions made based on App content

9. Privacy

10. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to:
