HypnoBirth is a pregnancy companion app designed to support expectant mothers through:

- Kick Counter — Monitor and log your baby's movements
- Breathing Exercises — Guided breathing sessions for relaxation
- Affirmations — Positive affirmations for strength, trust, calm, and bonding
- Birth Checklist — Preparation checklists for your birth journey

HypnoBirth is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The App is intended for informational and wellness purposes only. The contraction timer, kick counter, breathing exercises, and affirmations are tools to help you stay organized and calm — they are not substitutes for professional medical care.
- Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions
- Do not rely solely on the App to determine when to go to the hospital
- If you experience any medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately
- The "5-1-1 rule" and other guidelines in the App are general information and may not apply to your specific situation
✅ Acceptable Use
You agree to use HypnoBirth only for its intended purpose as a pregnancy companion tool. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without permission
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with the App's functionality
📝 Intellectual Property
All content in HypnoBirth — including but not limited to text, graphics, icons, images, user interface design, affirmations, and breathing exercise content — is the property of HypnoBirth and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
🚫 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HypnoBirth and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data stored on your device
- Any health-related decisions made based on information provided by the App
- Inaccuracies in contraction timing or kick counting
- Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App
📵 App Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
