Important: The ancestry analysis and results provided by this App are for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered as scientific, genealogical, or DNA-based evidence of ancestry.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. User Account and Profile
To access certain features, you may need to create a profile by providing personal information. You agree to:

- Keep your device and account secure
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
5. User Content

You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the right to use the photos you upload
- Your content does not violate the rights of any third party
- Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The ancestry analysis results are accurate or complete
- The App will meet your specific requirements
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROOTS HERITAGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or $100, whichever is less.
10. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You can manage subscriptions through your App Store settings
- Refunds are subject to App Store policies
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
